We enjoy getting to know our patients and it is our goal to know each patient by name. We’re always happy to hear stories about their adventurous weekends, the birth of new babies, new pets, engagements and weddings, and especially vacation plans.
I am hear to lend an ear when they need to talk about their aches, pains or tough times they are experiencing. Our intention is to support and if we can help them smile or brighten their day, we’re happy to help.
We find every opportunity we can to celebrate our patients! Whether it’s a personal greeting or a little card in the mail, we like to let them know we’re thinking of them.
A job well done while at the clinic is also celebrated! We are always pleased when our patients tell us about the improvement in their health from attending regular appointments here. We’ll cheer them on and encourage them to keep up the great work.
Through the year we celebrate holidays, host special events and have fun giveaways. Just this past December we held our annual Project Share food drive and collected 4 barrels of food with the generous help of our patients. To celebrate this great success and thank those who gave, we held a draw for complimentary treatments from our Massage Therapists.
In addition, as we were all in the spirit of giving for the holidays, we wanted to give back to our patients, supporters and friends through our Facebook 10 Days of Giveaways in December. It was a lot of fun and we were happy to honour and acknowledge the many wonderful people that inspire us everyday at WIN.
Then there’s our celebration “just because.” We all enjoy a good party! So mark your calendar for our next celebration of 2016 is our Patient Appreciation Day on Monday February 29th, 2016. There will be fun, refreshments, special takeaways and so much more to let each and everyone of our clients know how much they mean to us.
