If you wish to use your benefits, we ask that you contact your insurance company to understand the details of your plan, the services you have coverage for and the amount of coverage you have.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an existing appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no shows”, may be subject to a cancellation fee in the full amount of the service booked. Our service providers are independent contractors and a no-show or late cancellation result in lost wages.
We understand that at times, certain circumstances do not allow for 24 hours’ notice. In this case, we offer patients a “grace” cancellation. Please speak with our Patient Experience Coordinators or your WIN health provider for more details.
