Dr. Ernie Bagnulo, BScH (Kin), DC
Chiropractor

Dr. Ernie Bagnulo is a chiropractor and clinic owner of WIN Health Performance Centre. He studied at New York Chiropractic College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed his Medical Acupuncture training at McMaster University and is now a senior instructor in the program.

With specialized training in Neurofunctional Rehabilitation, using the Neufit system, he’s helping patients with speedier recoveries and pain management after injury.

A dedicated father, he loves to spend time with his two young sons and is an avid cyclist, skier and hockey player. Through his love of sports, Dr. Bagnulo has a special interest in sports injury care.

Dr. Laura Imola, BSc, ND (Licensed)
Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Laura Imola is a naturopathic doctor and clinic owner of WIN Health Performance Centre. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario and went on to study naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, graduating in 2003.  She also obtained her yoga teacher certification at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in 2003.  Over the years she continued to expand her expertise in naturopathic medicine by attending numerous advanced training opportunties in homeopathy, herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and nutrition.

In 2024, she completed the year long Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training course with Dr. Gabor Mate and Sat Dharma Kaur, Naturopathic Doctor.  She has seen first hand how stress and emotional distress is connected to illness.  To offer more support to people dealing with stress related illness, she completed advanced training in Compassionate Inquiry through the Compassionate Inquiry Mentorship program and is currently working toward formal certification as a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner.  In addition, she is training in the Compassionate Inquiry program – The Portal – Perinatal Specialty Training to further support the heath needs of mothers, parents, infants and people journeying through the stages of the preconception, pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience.

With nearly twenty five years of clinical experience and personal experience of being a mom to two vibrantly healthy sons, Dr. Imola offers easy, affordable and accessible natural health options.

Dr. Lauryn Friesen, BSc, DC

Dr. Lauryn Friesen completed her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at Queen’s University.  She then obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Clinical Honours. Dr. Lauryn has received certifications in Neurofunctional Acupuncture at McMaster University, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy, and Post Natal Assessment & Rehabilitation.

Dr. Lauryn will always strive to provide an environment where her patients feel heard, understand the root of their pain and tailor treatment to patients’ individual health and wellness goals.  With a very active upbringing playing several sports and experience in university varsity-level basketball, she has developed a special interest in women’s health and athlete care.

When she is not in the clinic you can find her working out, shooting hoops, cycling or spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Greg Lamb, B.Kin, DC
Chiropractor

Dr. Greg Lamb graduated from Brock University in 2017 with an Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and First Class standing. 

He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville University graduating Summa Cum Laude. 

Dr. Lamb has received certifications in Fascial Distortion Model therapies and Neurofunctional Acupuncture at McMaster University.

Dr. Lamb uses an evidence-based approach to healthcare focusing on best available practices to help his patients. 

This includes incorporating many different therapeutic techniques into his treatments including manual adjusting, myofascial release, modalities, and exercise rehab.

When Dr. Lamb is not in the clinic, you can find him engaging in various hobbies like playing soccer and basketball, running and cycling, or hanging out with friends and family. 

Having spent most of his life involved in various sports, Dr. Lamb has a special interest in athletic injuries, rehabilitation and performance. 

Dr. Alexander (AJ) Stewart, BSc (Kin), DC

Dr. AJ Stewart attended the University of Waterloo from 2016-2020 where he studied Honours Kinesiology and spent four seasons on the Warriors Football Team.

He went on to complete the Doctor of Chiropractic Program at D’Youville University from 2020-2024 and graduated Cum Laude.

Dr. AJ has completed certifications in Neurofunctional Acupuncture at McMaster University, Functional Movement Technique (Blades and Blades Advanced), and Complete Concussion Management.

When he isn’t spending time at the clinic, he enjoys quality time with his wife, family, and friends, going for long walks with his dog Sadie, resistance training, and getting out for a round of golf. Dr. AJ looks forward to helping you achieve your daily living and sport specific goals!

Dr. Jade Hoxie, HBSc, ND (Licensed)

Dr. Jade Hoxie, HBSc, ND is a naturopathic doctor who is passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their health. She completed her Bachelor of Life Sciences degree at McMaster University before obtaining her Doctor of Naturopathy from Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto.

She is interested in all conditions and concerns surrounding your health but she has a special interest in: paediatrics (immune health, ADHD, Autism, Teen Mental Health), women’s health and hormones (menstrual concerns-painful or heavy periods or no period at all, hormonal acne, PCOS, and concerns arising after discontinuing the birth control pill, menopause, fertility, thyroid), digestive issues, and allergies/immune health.

Dr. Jade’s primary goal is to make sure that you feel heard which will allow her to create an individualized and evidence-based treatment plan that is best suited for you.

When she is not in the clinic you can find her getting her steps in, enjoying a sunset, cooking any and all fun new recipes, or spending time with her family & friends.

Mandeep Singh Sethi, PT, BPT, MPT
Registered Physiotherapist

Mandeep is a registered Physiotherapist under the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Mandeep completed his Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India. Mandeep received his advanced training in Yoga from Italy.

Mandeep has more than a decade of clinical experience of providing physiotherapy services. Mandeep is well equipped with the skill set of manual therapy (Maitland and Mulligan), soft tissue therapy, Graston Technique, positional release technique, muscle energy, myofascial release, acupuncture, dry needling, taping, therapeutic modalities, remedial exercises and yoga to treat his patients. Mandeep uses a holistic approach to work with musculoskeletal and sports injuries and extends his treatment by analyzing biomechanical aspect and functional component of any acute or chronic injury which enhances the recovery and adequate healing.

Active rehabilitation involving core group of muscles outshines his rehabilitation protocols by speeding the recovery. Mandeep has an extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation and blend his treatment approaches in a proactive manner to treat the root cause.

Mandeep is passionate about educating his patients to let them understand their health concerns and invites a collaborative approach in designing their therapeutic treatment protocols. Mandeep also works with the Motor Vehicle Accident cases in a comprehensive manner by understanding the extent of injury and designing goal-oriented treatment protocols to return to active lifestyle targeting the ergonomic aspect. Mandeep keeps himself involved in the current advanced research to support his clinical practice. He advocates the role of mind in controlling and modulation of pain and dysfunction of movement. In his free time, Mandeep enjoys swimming, cooking and spending time with his family.

Nandini Thakkar, PT
Registered Physiotherapist

Nandini Thakkar, PT, is a dedicated physiotherapist with experience working in both multidisciplinary clinics and hospital settings, committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to my patients.

Nandini specializes in treating musculoskeletal pain and injuries, with a particular interest in post-operative rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy.

Passionate about helping people return to the life they love, she takes pride in supporting patients through their recovery—whether they’re healing from surgery, managing a chronic condition or recovering from a sports injury.  Nandini especially enjoys working with athletes and active individuals to help them regain strength, mobility and confidence.

In addition to her musculoskeletal focus, Nandini has also worked extensively with paediatric conditions such as Cerebral Palsy (CP), Autism, and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), as well as neurological disorders like stroke and Parkinson’s disease.

Currently, Nandini is proudly serving the Niagara community is always eager to help more people live healthier, more active lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, beach outings, and bike rides. She is a dog lover at heart, yet also shares her home (and her heart) with two wonderful cats who bring her endless joy.

Nicholas Bussi, BSc Kin, PT
Registered Physiotherapist (Resident)

Nicholas Bussi is currently a Resident Physiotherapy on his way to becoming a fully registered physiotherapist. Nicholas grew up in Port Colborne. Nicholas completed his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology at Brock University graduating in 2021.

After completing his degree in Kinesiology, he moved to Edinburgh, Scotland to pursue a Master’s of Physiotherapy Degree (Pre-reg) at Queen Margaret University, graduating in 2024.

Growing up, Nicholas has always had a passion for sports and exercise. While living abroad, he had the opportunity to play Ice hockey and Gaelic football for his university. These experiences along with his studies have shaped his interest in helping people recover from injuries and getting back to doing what they love.

Nicholas continues to grow his knowledge base and stays informed on relevant topics in the field of physiotherapy. He is committed to helping guide patients through their rehab journeys with a patient centred approach.

Outside of work Nicholas enjoys spending time staying active outdoors, playing hockey, playing the piano and travelling as much as he can.

Dana John Heimbecker, BA, FRCms*, FRAs*, Kinstretch Master Instructor

Dana John Heimbecker is an international educator through Functional Range Systems ® where he educates other trainers, manual therapists & professional sports organizations on mobility development, articular strength & neurological control. Dana John completed his Sports Management & Marketing degree at Marshall University and his Massage Therapy Diploma at Ontario College of Health & Technology. Dana John currently resides in Niagara Falls, Ontario where he has over 10 years of experience training general population, youth & professional athletes where he teaches the importance of body control, mobility, injury mitigation & physical longevity. Dana John is a former professional & NCAA Division One Soccer player who is always increasing his knowledge about the human body.

Tristano Mancuso is a recently registered massage therapist who has completed his Massage Therapy Diploma at Niagara College, while maintaining Presidential Roll every semester of his academics between 2022 and 2024. During his studies, Tristano was captain of the Niagara College golf team. Tristano’s background in competitive sports has had an influential impact on prioritizing and promoting health and wellness.

He is enthusiastic about treating patients and helping others reach their treatment goals in the wellness setting. While gaining experience, he hopes to expand his skill set and credentials with courses such as cupping and active release techniques (ART) to offer optimal treatments for his patients.

If you don’t see Tristano in the clinic, you can find him on the golf course, playing with his dog, or spending quality time with his family and friends. With experience under his belt in Massage Therapy, Tristano plans to go back to school to study Osteopathy next year. Tristano looks forward to making a positive impact for patients and team members.
