WHAT IS A NECK & BACK ADJUSTMENT
A chiropractic neck adjustment is spinal manipulation of the first seven vertebrae which make up the cervical spine. A neck adjustment can be performed with the patient lying on their back, stomach, or in a seated position.
A chiropractic back adjustment is spinal manipulation of the thoracic spine (middle back) or lumbar spine (low back). This can be performed with the patient in a seated position, on their back, or lying on their side.

We will always make sure that you are comfortable with all aspects of your treatment as this will lead to the best outcomes.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED AN ADJUSTMENT?
The frequency of your visits and how often you may need an adjustment really does come down to you: your health concern, your individualized plan and your overall state of health.
